Goal

Users ran query with :"General Ledger - Transactional Balances Real Time"."Time"."Fiscal Year Number". It's showing the values as decimal numbers and is also displaying numbers that are not accounting years.

"select FISCAL_YEAR_NUMBER from GL_FISCAL_YEAR_V"

Q: Where in the system these values are entered/updated which then update the data tables?
