Goal

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Create and Manage Journals

When trying to create a Journal (Manage Journal >Create), the field "Legal Entity' show no values.

The UI was working as expected prior the 19C Upgrade.
The LE value correctly populates if the journal is uploaded from the spreadsheet.
