Symptoms

Custom action OB_Line custom action "Over Release" and associated custom manager layout throwing error

The only workaround is either to edit the custom Manager Layout and click Finished ( no changes to be made) OR create a new custom action and new custom manager layout.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select order base line. 2. Actions >> Over Release 3. Observe error
