Symptoms

PROBLEM STATEMENT:

notification mode is set to 'In-App'. No notifications are received in Bell icon.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login as employee
2. Go to Home -> Career & Performance -> Goals -> Add Goal -> Submit
