Backup Files Are Incomplete, Invalid, or Corrupt

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After downloading On-Demand Backup files, you open the files and find that one or more are incomplete, or that you receive an error similar (but not limited) to one of the following:
1. "Windows cannot open the folder. The compressed (zipped) folder <path and filename> is invalid."
2. "We were unable to process your uploaded file or a portion of your file. The uploaded file, <file name>, appears to be corrupted or in an unrecognized format."
