Changing Asset Category Result In "An application error occurred." Error

On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Utilize Assets
Unable to change Asset category for an asset book. User received the following error "An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information."
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate from the Fixed Asset Landing page, Tasks > Adjust Assets - Basic page
2. Search for asset, select asset.
3. Click on 'Change Category' button.
