Symptoms

When a Learning Specialist role user is trying to edit the Address and Location fields on a Classroom under "Catalog Resources", these fields are not displayed for this user.
However, when another Human Resource Specialist user who has the same roles as the Learning Specialist user except for the "Learning Specialist" role tries to access this page, they are able to see the address and location information.
