Not Able To Get Values From UDT Column In Fast Formula After Column Name Change (Doc ID 2636052.1)

Goal

When a User-Defined Table (UDT) has it's Column Name changed,

1.  Why is new column name is showing up in the table: FF_USER_COLUMNS_TL, but not in FF_USER_COLUMNS.
2.  Fast Formula is not fetching any data in this scenario, when we use the below statement:
       RETURNVALUE = GET_TABLE_VALUE('UDT_Name','NEW_COLUMN_Name')
