ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Wrong variable profile getting selected while evaluating rate
Customer has variable profile attached with Medical PPO based on salary tier. For hourly employee standard rate is not picking right variable profile based on salary.
The employee has two benefits eligible assignments whose salary: 20.00 USD Hourly & 12.07 USD Hourly and hence total annual salary of 33352.8 where both the assignments has working hour as 20/week so it should fall into category of $30000 tier but picking $50000 tier and hence showing rate attached to $50000 tier.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the rate to be picked up based on Combined Annual salary from both assignments
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Benefits > enrollment
2. process new Hire life event
3. Enroll in Medical PPO plan and see rates are not correct
