Symptoms
When attempting to run cycle count sequences, the following error occurs : "JBO-27024: Failed to validate a row with key oracle."
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Oracle Cloud Applications > Supply Chain Execution > Inventory Management icon
2. Tasks : Counts > Create Cycle Counts > Enter Primary Details
3. Tasks : Counts > Manage Cycle Counts
