Poor Download Performance In AP Invoices (Doc ID 2636528.1)

Goal

Please note that two of our users are currently unable to export invoice search results due to incredibly poor performance.
The issue only affects these two users and occurs for them regardless of the browser or PC they use (they have trying using the same as colleagues who do not get the error). Why?

Details:

Go to Payables > Invoices > Manage Invoices

Click on the Export to Excel icon

Error: A connection to the server has failed (status=504)
