HTTP Links No Longer Working but HTTPS links Redirect Okay (Doc ID 2636556.1)

Symptoms

Responsys tracked links using HTTP are no longer working, but HTTPS links work as intended.

ERROR Example might be

404 Page Cannot Be Found

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Click Responsys tracked link that is HTTP
  2. Results in error 404 Page Cannot Be Found
  3. Manually update the HTTP in the link to be HTTPS
  4. Results in link working as intended



BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Customers that have sent email campaigns to their end users with HTTP links result in an error page

Account recently had an SSL certificate installed on the accounts branded domain
