Objects With DEL_IN_OLTP Set To Y Are Visibile To Users With FTI_DEFAULT VPD Profile Associated (Doc ID 2637034.1)

Symptoms

OTM objects (For Example: Shipment) are marked DEL_IN_OLTP='Y'. User Is associated with a User Role that has FTI_DEFAULT VPD Profile associated. When the User runs an analysis in FTI such objects are still visible in the results. 

Expected behavior is that since FTI_DEFAULT VPD Profile has the required external predicates needed to filter the deleted objects (DEL_IN_OLTP='Y') from being displayed, these objects should not be visible to the Users.
