Symptoms

Unable to create ADW connection from DV.

Unable to create connection for a regular DBaaS instance either.

Both ADW and Oracle DB are DBaaS

Same connection working fine in the Production Analytics instance.

Customer able to connect to the ADW from my local Sql Developer
