Load interface file for import consumes more time to open

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Load interface file for import should open within shortspan of time

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to scheduled processes
2. Choose Load interface file for import
3.Select data files, It takes few minutes to load the data and it more than to submit it.

Due to this issue, users cannot load any files using load interface file for import
