Goal

Can not deploy to a specific domain partition in Java Cloud Service(JCS) instance.

Steps:

1. Create a Developer Cloud Service(DevCS) instance and a JCS instance.
2. Create Multiple Domain Partitions with Multitenant feature in the JCS instance.
3. But, can not create Deployment Target for each Domain Partition since there is no public way for it.

Please provide the way to deploy to a specific Domain Partition in JCS instance.
