Information in this document applies to any platform.
When an employee becomes eligible for a HCM Group, the scheduled process to evaluate HCM group adds the employee to the HCM Group. However, if there is a person who’s HR data was changed retroactively, then unless there is a manual intervention, the employee does not get added to the HCM group with the correct membership date.
