OCI CLI was installed from github according to the procedure in: https://docs.cloud.oracle.com/en-us/iaas/Content/API/SDKDocs/cliinstall.htm
Any "oci" command returns following warning.
WARNING: OCI CLI now requires Python 3.5+. Please install or upgrade your version of Python to 3.5+
