Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud: A Course with Renewal Options Set Does Not Renew (Doc ID 2638363.1)

A course which has renewal options on it, is not getting renewed.  For example:

-Initial Assignment Status: Active
-Validity Period options: After completion
-Expiration: Expires in Days - 2 days (this is for test purposes)
-Renewal options: After Completion

An offering is then created for the course.

The offering is assigned to an employee and the employee completes the course. The expected behaviour is that the employee should see the course renewal (after the course has been completed), however this does not happen.
