REST API Call Is Not Allowing To Delete Account Child Relationship When I Do Have The Access (Doc ID 2638467.1)

Unable to Delete Contact relationship from Account Object using REST API. Below is the REST Call details.

URL - https://XXXX-XXXX.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com/crmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/accounts/{PartyNumber}/child/Relationship/{RelationshipRecId}

Operation - DELETE

User with Role "Partner Sales Rep" or "Sales Rep"

REST API response returns 403 forbidden which is a permission issue. If the user logs into the application same records can be deleted from UI with navigation "Accounts > Contacts"
