WMS "ASNout" Message Fails to Reach USM (Doc ID 2638483.1)

Symptoms

RIB - WMS - USM - Stage Environment

"Could not POST to URL: 500 - INTERNAL SERVER ERROR" while trying to send "ASNout" messages using REST Web Service call "https://<SERVER>:<PORT>/usm/EventListener.do?app=rib-lgf&family=ASNOut&type=ASNOutMod?interfaceType=ObLoad". Thus the ASNOut messages do not reach universal service mapper (USM).


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Ship a load in WMS
  2. Look at output interface in WMS
  3. Transaction has error message: Could not POST to URL: 500 - INTERNAL SERVER ERROR
