Symptoms
The EPS page does not load. Error received "Unable to load data. Could not load service details. Please contact your system administrator."

Steps to Reproduce
- Launch browser and go to P6 URL.
- Log in.
- Choose P6 EPPM
- Choose Projects tab (EPS page is the default page to appear).
- The page will not load.
