Symptoms

Generate Receipt Advice process does not send PO information to OIC.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Run Generate Receipt Advice
2. No transactions are received in OIC.

Checking PublicEventHandler SOA composite instance and tracing it will throw a fault. Checking the fault gives the error java.lang.Exception: The process ReceiptAdviceServiceAMImpl.getReceiptAdviceDetails failed because of an error. Contact your help desk

Changes

 Issue identified as regression in 20A. Updating to 20A will cause this issue, if customer is using Generate Receipt Advice program.

This will only impact Cohort A and Cohort B customers. The patch will be available for all customers on Cohort C, when they update to 20A.
