ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Filters under the DCS Service Request page not working as expected

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Filters created with primary contact full name should work

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customer created a filter in VBCS pages based on primary contact and users full name
2. It was working fine earlier in DCS pages
3. But now if the end-user logs in, the filters are not returning any results.
