Goal

Why the Balance Sheet accounts are not getting converted at ending rate rather it is getting converted at average rate.

Eg. With the conversion rate for Balance sheet accounts, while loading data into FCCS_No Movement member expected the Balance sheet accounts should be converted at Ending rates, but in this case, it is getting converted at an average rate.
