Mashup Panel Is Not Closed When Clicking Off SR Record (Doc ID 2639415.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Service Requests

The customer has a custom Mashup a subtab on the SR Details page. When a user has an SR opened and while on the Mashup subtab clicks directly on the Contact icon on the toolbar - the user is navigated to the Contact landing page, but the SR Mashup subtab is not closed so it's overlaying the Contact landing page.



Replication steps:
1- Create a Mashup Content
2- Edit Service Request details layout page and add a subtab for the Mashup content
3- Open an SR and click on the Mashup subtab
4- Click on the Contacts icon in the top region
