Symptoms
When attempting to click on Raw XML button from the transmission page,the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Business Process Automation>>Transmission Manager>>Select a Transmission>>Click on Raw XML button
2. Above error is seen
