Unable to Create Template Section With Type Profile Content Due to HRA-960330 Error (Doc ID 2639989.1)

Goal

When saving performance template section  with section type 'Profile Content', it fails with the error message below:

"The attribute Section Name must not be blank if the value for attribute Section Type is Regular. (HRA-960330)"
