Goal

Delayed Engagement Recordings on Oracle LX UI after the Engagement Call.

There are many instances where Customer Engagement Videos are appearing lately in LX UI Portal after the call gets completed with the end user. The delay time is about 10 minutes to more than an hour. This is leading to delay in Servicing the customer.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Engagement recording should be available immediately after the Customer call.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
From Oracle LX SAAS Service, Be on the call with the customer and after the call when you try to access the Engagement Video recording, there you would see the delay. Its an intermittent issue.
