Symptoms
Pay Method Error
Employees are receiving an error message when trying to update Direct Deposit information. We have cleared employee's cookies/cache and also tried an alternate browser but same error.

An error occurred while processing the save personal payment method action. (PAY-1636079)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Payment Methods page for employee
2. Add/update payment method
3. Error is thrown.
