"Client Session Has Expired Error" On Click Of View Object ID (Doc ID 2640388.1)

Symptoms

The client session has expired error in custom screen sets.

In some of the custom screen sets(created with servlet link) when directly click on the object ID link system throws an error.

Example screen set created with servlet link:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a custom screenset with servlet link
glog.webserver.powerdata.GenericManagementServlet/1276622761115?handler_name=gtm.server.query.party.gen.XXXXXXMLHandler&query_name=gtm.server.query.party.XXXXXQuery&management_action=view&finder_set_gid=XXXXX
2. Assign it to menu and Add it to the user
3. Then open the custom screenset page "XXXXX" and search
4. click any one of the object id link.
