Getting Error On SR Page While Selecting Installed Base Assets (Doc ID 2640445.1)

 Customer has exposed the Installed Base Asset field into SR details page and getting the error on below two scenarios.

1. Once an SR is created is with any product value, the product value will be changed based on the selection of Asset value. At that time i m getting error that "The product value is invalid for the service request business unit".  

2. While creating a new SR with the product value empty and the asset value is selected, the error shown as "java.lang.string is cannot be cast to java.util.Arraylist"
