Symptoms

 After 20A (20.01) Update, Office 365 Add-in users get the below error when trying to use the Office 365 side panel in Outlook Desktop client

Home Page will load with the error "The application isn't responding. Try again later. (ZPS_365-5685058)"

Steps to  Reproduce
===============
1. Launch Office 365 Add-in on Outlook
2. Login to the Add-in
3. Home Page will load with the error "The application isn't responding. Try again later. (ZPS_365-5685058)"
