Unable to Query the Pick Slip in the Confirm Pick Slips UI (Doc ID 2640630.1)

Symptoms

User is unable to locate the Pick Slip in the Confirm Pick Slips UI after the Pick Slip is successfully created in the Create Pick Wave UI.  The Inventory Organization in which the pick is created is also not searchable in the Confirm Pick Slips UI.

There are two other Inventory Organizations present, but neither of the two are the correct Inventory Organization in which the pick was created.
