Symptoms



Current Behavior
----------------------
Customer tried to download their Contract term from Oracle Contract Word Add-In, but their download content only contains the title of the term.

Expected Behavior
-------------------------
It expects to download all the content of the Contract Term

STEPS
------------
- In Office 365, click ORACLE CONTRACTS

- Sign In

- Click Download 

- Result: download content only contains the title of the term.
