ADF "Missing In And Out" Error Displayed In Item Search Screen (Doc ID 2641040.1)

Symptoms

When attempted to search for items using the combination of fields like Item, Supplier, Item Level, Dept, Class, Subclass. The screen throws some adf errors.


Steps to reproduce: 

1. Login to RMS.
2. Go to Items->Manage Items.
3. Enter any existing or non existing item number.
4. Enter a supplier site.
5. Enter item Level.
6. Enter Dept. Click Search.
