Symptoms

The Bank Details are missing for an invoice generated for an Expense Report (ER), in the the Installments tab.

EXTENT
--------
Only one user is affected.

BUSINESS IMPACT
----------
Users cannot see the bank paid for the invoice for one user.
ER was paid as expected.

ER has not been paid.
