Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Customer Import

Customer Import fails with an error after the update to Release 20A.

Status: = ERROR
Batch 999999999999999 resulted in ERROR
Error = Batch 999999999999999 resulted in ERROR
Error : oracle.as.scheduler.ExecutionErrorException: Batch 999999999999999 resulted in ERROR

Changes

Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Manage Administrator Profile Values
Profile Option Code: ORA_HZ_ENABLE_IMPORT_PLSQL_MODE
Profile Display Name: New Back End Code for Better Performance Enabled
Description: Enables new back end code for better performance to match, validate, and load data in the target tables when value is 'Y'. When the value is 'N', it will call older code.

Starting with Release 20A this profile option is set to Yes by default.
