After Akamai Maintenance Inbound Files Do Not Process (Doc ID 2641686.1)

Symptoms

There was maintenance to enable  Akamai and afterwards, all inbound file interfaces fail. Administrators ask if there was any change done to following configurations.


Administrators expected all inbound flows to work after Akamai was enabled , so did not make any changes on the client side.

Verification on client side:

The current production URL is resolving to  000.00.000.1    which is different from current whitelisted IP range . There is a change in IP address range.

Administrator pings < Oracle host domain> which pings < akamaiedge host domain> which resolves to  000.00.000.1

Before maintenance the URL was resolving to 000.00.000.0.  After maintenance the URL is resolving to 000.00.000.1
