RMA Not Appearing To Create Receipt (Doc ID 2642923.1)

RMA is not shows to return

User has created a RMA then he received it and mistakenly he has return it again to customer(Return to Customer).
Now again when trying to create receipt for RMA, it is not appearing in receive expected shipments page.
