STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to application.
2. Navigate to Tools > Import Management.
3. Click Create Import Activity.
Set Name.
Set Object = Relationship.
File Name: Click on the Choose File button and select the file
Under Advanced Options, set Enable High-Volume Import option.
4. Click the Next button.
5. Click the Next button; the error occurs.
