Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Manage Budgets

When attempting to add conditions to a supplemental rule in a control budget (CB), the following error occurs.


ERROR

ORA-00001: unique constraint (FUSION_XCC_CB_RULE_HIL_CALS_U2) violated


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Have Control Budget in definition status.
  2. Edit the rule set.
  3. Select some accounts and try to add to the segment condition some values
  4. Save the CB
