Symptoms



When attempting to collect Regions entities into OPS table, the following error occurs:


ERROR

Duplicate record is not allowed.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Plan Inputs
2. Tasks
3. Collect Planning Data
4. Reference Data = Regions
5. Go to Scheduled Processes
6. Check the Process ID
7. See Errors
