Symptoms
On : NA version, Create and Manage Journals
When attempting to import journal using multiple journal ADFDI sheet,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

The entered debits 100.00 don't equal the entered credits 0 for the journal XXXXX. (GL-781948)
The entered debits 0 don't equal the entered credits 100.00 for the journal XXXXX. (GL-781948)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion Application
2. Navigate to General Accounting > Journals > Create journal using spreadsheet
3. Go to multiple journal tab and enter details and submit the same to import journal
