Goal

Can Orders Lines be copied to a new or existing order.

Currently it is only possible to copy a complete order and then remove the lines you do not require, we would like the ability to copy an order line to either a new order or to an existing order. Similar functionality existed in Oracle EBS.
Use Case and Business Need.

When you have order ordering configured items for example, you may want to copy items you have previously configured for a customer without the need to go back through the configurator each time i.e. to save time by copying exact same configuration and previously agreed price. For example if a customer orders the same item periodically it is a lot easier to find the last order the customer submitted and copy the appropriate order lines from this rather than to go back through the configurator each time and potentially run the risk of ordering a different configuration.

This also helps for ATO item also in the same way, that if the customer wants a repeat of an items that they have previously ordered but do not know the item number, it is easier to search for the previous order and only copy the relevant lines rather than having to copy an order and start deleting lines.
