Schedule Job - Changing all IHT's in NOT READY status to Prcessed Status without duplicating Records in ERP (Doc ID 2643797.1)

Goal

User is using an ERP (Enterprise Resource Plan) with Cloud WMS for operations and all the IHT's (Inventory Handling Transaction)will be available in ERP. As part of integration User is uploading on hand stock and the schedule Job for the IHT extract will make the Not ready status to processed. Once this is processed their ERP will be having duplicates. To avoid this User want to freeze the Not ready status IHTs to avoid duplication in ERP or change it to Processed without records getting duplicated.
