Symptoms
When attempting to terminate a lease, the following error occurs.
ERROR

You cannot perform this transaction on a leased asset.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage Leases
2. In the Lease tab, click on Orange arrow
3. Select Terminate
4. Error occurs.
