User getting an error while trying to run BI report from FRC

While user is trying to run BI report with ESS job assigned from FRC, following message is seen "The report output is not available. You must schedule the report to run.".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Go to FRC
2.Try to run the BI report
3. User is getting "The report output is not available. You must schedule the report to run."
