Symptoms

Oracle Analytics Cloud 105.4.0 version, BI

Data Visualization User interface - Hover data not showing after moving scroll bar

Whilst zoomed into  data,  hover over the bars and can see the information as expected.
However, if  move the scroll bar at the bottom, this stops.
Even weirder, if  then re-size the scroll bar,  can once again hover over the bars and see values.
