Unable to access Oracle My Services From IDCS Adminconsole After Upgraded To IDCS 19.2.1 (Doc ID 2644547.1)

Goal

 In IDCS 18.4.2's adminconsole, the link to "My Services" was located at the bottom of the navigation drawer menu as below.

But, in IDCS 19.2.1's adminconsole, the link to "My Services" is deleted from the navigation drawer menu as below.
